What you will bring:
Essentials (Junior/Intermediate):
• Diploma or undergraduate degree in engineering, planning, environmental science, business, or a related discipline (engineering preferred).
• A foundation in infrastructure or asset-related work (municipal systems, capital planning, operations and maintenance, or technical analysis).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, with interest or experience in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, GIS, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A critical and systems thinking mindset—able to question assumptions, connect details to the big picture, and focus on the client’s “so what.”
• Proactive, motivated, and collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to learn and problem-solve in a team environment.
Additional (Intermediate):
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in asset management or related advisory/technical services.
• Experience coordinating projects, tasks, or small teams.
• Exposure to client engagement, facilitation, or proposal development.
Assets:
• Knowledge of asset management frameworks (ISO 55000, IAM, IIMM, InfraGuide, NAMS+, etc.).
• Familiarity with climate risk assessments, adaptation planning, or GHG analysis.
• Experience with digital tools, modelling, or decision-support systems.
• Professional designation or working toward one (P.Eng., RPP, PMP, IRP, etc.).

The salary range for this position is $72,800.00 to $114,400.00 a year and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
