Accurately compiling and entering new hire data and completing new hire set up for all new team members.

Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.

Completing final pay calculations including producing ROEs and maintaining payroll records.

Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Assisting with performing year-end activities, such as assisting with regulatory annual filings, reconciling remittances and adjustments and processing tax slips.

Ensure the accurate setup of new members to the appropriate benefits plan with responsibility of maintaining the information within the benefits system.

Reconciliation of monthly bills and preparing monthly payments.

Creating and maintaining process documentation.

Prepare project-related reports as needed by management.
